Beschreibung

The composition Pronkjewail is based on the anthem of the province of Groningen, in the north of The Netherlands. The name of the anthem is “Grunnens Laid” which means “song of Groningen”. Pronkjewail is a word in the province of Groningen and means roughly ‘ crown jewel’.This composition was commissioned by brewery Hooghoudt for their 125th anniversary and was a gift to all bands in the province of Groningen.
